To get an idea of they music Marino plays, go to the acoustic guitar videos website

acousticguitarvideos.com and hear a great rendition of “Ain’t Misbehavin.” Marino performs the song with “Merle Travis-style picking.”

“I’m really excited to be playing Tarpon Lodge,” Marino said. “The audience at the lodge is a great bunch of people. I’ve played more on the east coast of Florida – Fort Lauderdale, Miami and Palm Beach – and several have come from those areas to hear me play at Tarpon.

“I have a ‘Chet’ touch with my own personal style; smooth and mellow with many of my own renditions of well known songs,” he continued. “My most recent album is titled ‘One Man Guitar Band’ has all songs solo but it sounds like numerous guitars.”

The Tarpon Lodge is at 13771 Waterfront Drive, Pineland. For more information about the lodge or Marion’s performance, call 239-283-3999.
