Please help Lady Madonna to get home

By Staff | Oct 26, 2010

Have you seen Lady Madonna?

To the editor:

Her name is Lady Madonna. She has a white star on her chest, brown, orange and gold colors, brindle. She is my cat and is missing. She would never leave our property or go within one driveway of our house.

I knew that a close neighbor had a trap and was concerned she would have been relocated that way.

If that were the case she could have started out from who knows where, and, who knows where she could be now. The only thing I want is my cat. I cannot even fathom that she would get into a cage, I think she was taken or she was eaten in our yard, this is Pine Island. No fur or blood or any trace of her.

There is a cash reward. She likes to sit by the bike path on our property and watch stuff going up and down the road. She is not skittish, she may have been picked up by someone that just thought she was unusual looking and wanted to appropriate her to themselves.

We are praying she will find her way home or someone will see her poster or this letter and come forward with some knowledge. No questions asked.

Several people have called me, we have looked at seven cats. I know the island is watching, but not everyone has heard the story. That’s where The Eagle might be effective.

Am enclosing her picture. Cell phone quality so not the best. Have any of you seen her?

Thank you, you may contact me email pamela72558@aol.com or phone # 239-699-6488.
