Ingredients:

1/3 c. mayonnaise

1/3 c. sour cream

1 Tbsp. dijon mustard

1 tsp. lemon juice

1 tsp. worcestershire sauce

1/4 c. green onion, chopped

1/2 c. celery, chopped

1 lb. lobster meat, cooked and chopped

1/4 c. slivered almonds

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large hot dog buns, sliced and toasted

Iceberg lettuce, shredded

2 tomatoes, sliced

How to:

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, onion and celery in a medium bowl. Gently add the lobster and almonds. Add salt and pepper to taste.

To serve, fill the hot dog buns with lobster meat. Add shredded lettuce and tomato slices.
