Cape Coral utility bills running late

The city of Cape Coral’s Customer Billing Services office has been experiencing delays in getting the city’s utility bills mailed out to city residents. According to officials, the delay was due to technical issues in connection with new billing software.
The issues have been addressed and the bills are going out, officials said.
Residents are assured that there will be no interruptions in service, and no penalties will be applied due to the longer billing period.
Next month’s bills should arrive on the normal billing schedule.
