Miranda Gagliardi was awarded the El-Don Outstanding Literature and Academics scholarship. the El-Don award is a new scholarship being awarded to a student that is accelerating in literature. Completing the presentations of this year’s scholarships, on June 18,the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island presented awards to Jacob Holzapfel, Kaitlin Smith and Samuel Williams.
On June 11, the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island awarded the second portion of scholarships. Present to accept their awards were Megan Coite, Alyra Memoli, Stephanie Nevadinsky and Stormie Futch.
Members of the Kiwanis Club of Greater Pine Island recently awarded scholarships to several deserving college bound students.
