Impaired drivers are a very real danger to themselves and, of course, any motorist who is sharing the road at the same time. With this in mind, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office launched a multi-faceted campaign of education, awareness and enforcement to battle this threat to our community. We have elected to publicize the names of those charged by deputies with the offense of DUI during the past week:

On May 10, 2010, at approximately 08:54 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Justin Neal Zlotaucha, D.O.B. 10/04/82 of 575 91st Ave, Naples, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of 26059 Hickory Blvd, Bonita Springs, Florida.

On May 12, 2010, at approximately 01:28 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Alexa Rea Cherry, D.O.B. 03/08/88 of 15241 Sonoma Dr, Fort Myers, for DUI. The incident occurred in the area of Constitution Blvd/S. Tamiami Trail, Fort Myers, Florida.
