City manger candidate rankings determined by the city of Cape Coral’s personnel department have been released. The rankings appear in three bands – best qualified, better qualified and qualified.
Questions to be asked of the candidates have not been released pending legal review to determine wether the document is a public record under Florida’s open records law.
