Shrimp and avocado club sandwiches

Ingredients:

Mayonnaise

12 slices white bread, toasted

4 lettuce leaves

12 slices tomato

12 slices bacon, cooke crispy

2 (4-14 oz) cans large shrimp, rinsed and

drained

1 lg. avocado, peeled and thinly sliced

How to:

Spread mayonnaise over one side of each slice of toast. Place a lettuce leaf, three slices of tomato and three slices of bacon on each of four slices of toast. Top with another slice of toast. Arrange shrimp on top and arrange avocado slices on the shrimp. Top with a third slice of toast and secure with wooden picks. Cut sandwiches diagonally into two or four triangles.
