The Cape Coral Breeze is now offering online real estate listings for people seeking a home or commercial property.
Anyone searching for real estate can now find thousands of listings offered through the Cape Coral Association of Realtors, which includes properties all over Southwest Florida. This feature is already accessible online at PropertiesInSWFL.com or by clicking on the “Real Estate” link on the newspaper’s homepage at Cape-Coral-Daily-Breeze.com.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be part of this cooperative project and we are proud with what we were able to build,” said Breeze Newspapers Publisher Jack Glarrow.
The project was a joint effort between Breeze Newspapers and the Cape Coral Association of Realtors where any listing posted by a member Realtor is uploaded to the new Web site within one business day.
“There are other verticals in the market but this is the most developed one I have seen,” said Glarrow.
Realtors can list their properties as well as upload their own picture, contact information and biographical information, while buyers can see pictures of the property and a wealth of information including price, amount of square feet and a property description. It even has listings for local rental properties.
“It is a comprehensive real estate system for Cape Coral,” said David Goldstein, online sales manager for Breeze Newspapers.
Interactive maps also allow buyers to pinpoint exactly where the home is located in Cape Coral and search around it for schools, hospitals, pharmacies, senior care facilities or restaurants. They also can forward properties from the Web to a friend or cell phone.
For those new to the community, the new system offers full Census information on the city where prospective buyers can find the average temperature, population, household income and more.
The service is free, and Goldstein said that users can register for a free account on PropertiesInSWFL.com and gain the ability to save information about homes or Realtors in which they are interested.
