The Calusa Land Trust annual Duck Race will take place today, Saturday, March 6, beginning at 11 a.m. In addition to the race a live auction and several 50/50 drawings will be offered. The race takes place at Woody’s Waterside Restaurant in St. James City and the ducks will be released into the waters of the Monroe Canal at approximately 4 p.m. All proceeds will benefit the Calusa Land Trust.
