The William Austen Youth Center & Eagle Skate Park will host Youth Jam Fest Feb. 19 and 20 at the center on Southwest 2nd Avenue.
The event is intended to celebrate the youth of our community with an action-packed weekend of fun.
The event starts off Friday with a free teen dance where an Xbox 360, Sun Splash Family Water Park tickets, movie tickets and other great prizes will be given away.
Saturday brings in a free open house event with crafts, games, and a Guitar Hero contest, the winner receiving a $100 gift card to Play N Trade.
Saturday night will conclude with a Battle of The Bands. Teen bands will compete for the first place title and the chance at professional recording time at Unity Gain Studio.
The William Austen Youth Center is located at 315 SW 2nd Ave. in Cape Coral.
