To the editor:

I would like to thank the Bokeelia gentleman who found and returned our bank bag on Sunday, Jan. 3. Everything except the cash was safely inside. I am very grateful for its return and many thanks to our good Samaritan. Our new year is going to be a little better because of him.

To the person who took the cash and didn’t return the bag when it was found, I hope OUR money made your weekend a little better.
