Frank Lee “Bub” Reppa Jr.

Franke Lee “Bub” Reppa Jr., 23, of Pine Island joined his fellow Pine Island angels in heaven Dec. 15, 2009. He was born April 9, 1986, in Fort Myers. His dream was to follow in his father’s footsteps and become a commercial fisherman, which he did and worked with his mother and father in their family stone crabbing business. In addition to fishing, his enjoyments included four-wheeling, hunting, being a comedian and, most of all, spending time with his family.

He is survived by his loving family, including his parents, Frank and Denise Reppa; his heart, love of his life, Elise; son, Frank Reppa III; sisters, Heather Reppa “guardian angel,” Alicia Brown, Melissa (Michael) Hale, Angela (Charles) Cable; and maternal grandparents, Joan and Paul Scrudato; aunts and uncles, Pete Scrudato, David Scrudato, Paul (Sandy) Scrudato, Irene (Nicholas) Tagarelli, James Reppa, Yolanda (Sherman) Williams and Dawn Ochadleus; cousins, Samantha, Lauren, Tiffany, Kove, Phillip, Michael, Frank and Shermie; and many more cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Frank and Yolanda Reppa, and his aunt, Carole Reppa.

Visitation will be from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 S.W. Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral.
