Paprika shrimp

Ingredients

2 lb. jumbo shrimp

1 pkg. onion soup mix

1 Tbsp. paprika

How to

Shell and devein the shrimp and place in a greased baking pan.

Cover with the soup mix and 1-3/4 cups of water.

Sprinkle with the paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serves 6

Baked scallops

Ingredients

1/2 c. fine bread crumbs

1 onion, chopped

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

Butter

1 lb. scallops

How to

Place half of the bread crumbs and onion in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dot with butter.

Place the scallops on the bread crumb mixture and cover with the remaining crumbs, onion and seasonings.

Dot with butter and bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serves 3
