The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.

In the past week the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 13 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On Nov. 25, 2009, at approximately 01:30 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brandon Edward Hughett, D.O.B. 06/20/84, of 905

Narcissus Street, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession

of Controlled Substance without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of Gish Lane / McDaniel Drive, North Fort Myers.

On Nov. 26, 2009, at approximately 01:44 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Patricia Pina, D.O.B. 05/19/81, of 5388 Coronado Pkwy,

Naples, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription, Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the

area of 27200 Hickory Blvd, Bonita Springs.

On Nov. 28, 2009, at approximately 08:07 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dwayne Rupert Clarke, D.O.B. 09/03/85, of 112 Maple Ave, Lehigh Acres, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 18th Street W., Lehigh Acres.

On Nov. 28, 2009, at approximately 05:49 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Christopher Allen Oliver, D.O.B. 08/23/73, of 5466 11th

Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 5246 Red Cedar Dr, Fort Myers.

On Nov. 28, 2009, at approximately 06:00 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Stormy Leah Martin, D.O.B. 11/09/80, of 302 17th Street

SE, Cape Coral, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of 5246 Red Cedar Dr, Fort Myers.

On Nov. 29, 2009, at approximately 02:41 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Joshua Meyer, D.O.B. 05/09/79, of 10231 Tin Maple Drive,

Estero, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident

occurred in the area of Brantley Road / S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers, .

On Nov. 29, 2009, at approximately 03:02 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dustin Gerald Conrad Kublick, D.O.B. 01/15/90, of 10283

Sandy Hollow Lane, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession

of Marijuana with Intent to Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in the area of

Papillion Drive / Strike Lane, Bonita Springs.

On Nov. 29, 2009, at approximately 08:44 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Allison Deanna Jaye, D.O.B. 10/29/87, of 7621 Morgan

Jones Dr, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the

area of 8239 W. Jamestown Cir., North Fort Myers.

On Nov. 30, 2009, at approximately 10:58 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Fernando Guadarrama, D.O.B. 07/15/86, of 607 6th Ave

Cir, Immokalee, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana.

The incident occurred in the area of Cypressview Dr. / Estero Park, Fort Myers .

On Dec. 2, 2009, at approximately 12:37 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Lauren Elizabeth Bowers, D.O.B. 06/25/83, of 11528

Woodmont Lane, Estero, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine.

The incident occurred in the area of 11528 Woodmont Lane, Estero.

On Dec. 2, 2009, at approximately 09:09 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Miguel Angel Lugo, D.O.B. 12/29/87, of 5433 Fifth Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of Oak Ave / First St., Fort Myers.

On Dec. 3, 2009, at approximately 11:01 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Hector Morales Martinez, D.O.B. 02/14/66, of 2629

Broadway Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1735 Brantley Road, Fort

Myers.

On Dec. 6, 2009, at approximately 04:23 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brent John Hunt, D.O.B. 08/16/80, of 18228 Morgan Dr,

Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The

incident occurred in the area of 13300 S. Cleveland Ave, Fort Myers.
