To the Editor:

After over 20 years, the IOOB will no longer be able to have its socials due to the recent requirements of liability insurance. After all the bills were paid the remaining IOOB funds were donated to Pine Island organizations: FISH, Calusa Land Trust, Lions and the St. James City Civic Association. It was fun while it lasted.

Thank you for supporting the IOOB throughout the years.
