Fort Myers police seize guns, drugs
Fort Myers police executing a search warrant arrested twp men Friday after weapons and drugs were found in a home.
The Fort Myers Police Department conducted the search at 2315 Central Avenue #16 following several citizen complaints about ongoing activity at the home, officials said.
Police arrested:
– Matthew Rollins (d.o.b. 09/16/1985), carrying a concealed firearm, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, possession of cocaine, possession of MDMA, and possession of marijuana under 20 grams.
– Broderick Grant (d.o.b. 7/8/1986) , possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police recovered one AK-47 style rifle, one silver .380 caliber handgun, eight grams of cocaine, two grams of marijuana, one MDMA pill, $900 in cash and numerous other items of drug paraphernalia used for drug manufacturing and distribution, officials said.
