A sobriety checkpoint at 7070 College Parkway, Fort Myers resulted in 10 DUI arrests Friday night and Saturday morning.
The following are the results of the activity that began at 11 p.m. and ended at 3 a.m. Saturday:

– DUI Arrests: 10
– No Valid Driver’s License: 3
– Driving While License Suspended: 4
= Carrying a Concealed Weapon: 1
– Traffic Citations: 42
– Written Warnings: 12
– Number of Vehicles passing through checkpoint: 758

This weekend’s checkpoint involved members of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Fort Myers Police Department and the Florida Department of Transportation.
