The illegal sale, use and distribution of narcotics is recognized as a significant contributor to violent crimes, burglaries and thefts which can dramatically affect the quality of life in our community. Therefore, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office is making every effort to take drugs off the street by targeting individuals who are active participants in this unsavory underworld. This is being accomplished through aggressive patrol, undercover operations and interagency investigations with local, state and federal drug enforcement agencies.

In the past two weeks the Lee County Sheriff’s Office made a total of 26 drug arrests. To educate and enhance awareness of the Sheriff’s Office daily activities in this endeavor the following arrests are being listed:

On Oct. 26, 2009, at approximately 04:11 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Bobby Louis LeSane, D.O.B. 08/02/84, of 3436 Latana

Street, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1437 Gardenia Ave, Fort

Myers.

On Oct. 26, 2009, at approximately 05:36 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Drew Baron Mason, D.O.B. 03/05/88, of 7445 Cares Away

Circle, Bokeelia, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled

Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Tipton Dr. / Ave. E, Bokeelia.

On Oct. 27, 2009, at approximately 10:41 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Robert Warren Chapman, D.O.B. 01/05/52, of PO Box

1928, Bonita Springs, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of E. Terry Street / Old 41,

Bonita Springs.

On Oct. 28, 2009, at approximately 01:17 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Matthew Gonzalez, D.O.B. 11/28/90, of 1420 Juddale

Street, Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana,

Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell/Deliver. The incident occurred in

the area of Leeland Height / N. Ave., Lehigh Acres.

On Oct. 28, 2009, at approximately 03:55 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Dean Peter Andrews, D.O.B. 05/23/75, of 18386

Sunflower Rd., Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Dumont / Albany, Fort Myers.

On Oct. 29, 2009, at approximately 02:31 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Michelle Marie Miller, D.O.B. 01/27/86, of 10299 Cargill

Creek Ct., Lehigh Acres, on felony drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 1351 Homestead Rd, Lehigh

Acres.

On Oct. 29, 2009, at approximately 04:04 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Brian Lee Freese, D.O.B. 07/31/65, of 5250 Estero Blvd,

Fort Myers Beach, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine,

Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Bonita Beach

Rd. / Pine Haven, Bonita Springs.

Deputies arrested William Blake Miller, D.O.B. 10/08/84, of 21261 Carter Road, Estero, on felony drug charges for Possession of Controlled Substance

without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of Florence Ave. /

Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers.

Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The

incident occurred in the area of E. 9th Street / Richmond Ave., Lehigh Acres.

Deputies arrested Danny Cordell Potts, D.O.B. 12/13/51, of 19241 San Carlos Blvd., Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 17761 San Carlos Blvd, Fort Myers Beach.

Deputies arrested Julianne Kellner, D.O.B. 10/28/76, of 6320 PGA Drive, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Smuggle Contraband into a Controlled Facility, Possession of Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the area of 1700 Monroe Street, Fort Myers.

On Nov. 3, 2009, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested William Patrick Boylan, D.O.B. 05/02/61, of 9240 Bonita

Beach Road, Bonita Springs, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Controlled Substance without a Prescription. The incident occurred in the

area of S. Tamiami Trail / Strike Lane, Bonita Springs.

Deputies arrested Robert Vincent Vadney III, D.O.B. 02/01/77, of 2855 Winkler Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of

Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of 13021 N. Cleveland Ave,

North Fort Myers.

On Nov. 5, 2009, at approximately 06:12 p.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Karen Marie Hutchins, D.O.B. 01/31/58, of 16304 Willow

Stream Lane, North Fort Myers, on felony drug charges for Possession of

Cocaine. The incident occurred in the area of 2115 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Blvd., Fort Myers.

Deputies arrested Delmar Lee Peck, D.O.B. 12/02/68, of 227 Granada Blvd,

incident occurred in the area of 1001 N. Town and River Drive, Fort Myers.

On Nov. 6, 2009, at approximately 03:13 a.m., Lee County Sheriff’s

Deputies arrested Adam Samuel Flores, D.O.B. 08/01/73, of 1812 Pacific Ave, Fort Myers, on misdemeanor drug charges for Possession of Marijuana. The incident occurred in the area of Maple Drive / 2nd Ave, Fort Myers.
