Six arrested in Fort Myers drug busts
Six people were arrested Friday night after Fort Myers police executed two residential search warrants.
The Fort Myers Police Department conducted the first search at 6304 Demery Circle in response to citizen complaints about ongoing activity at the home, officials said.
Police seized one black .45 caliber Springfield Armory handgun, one Glock 19 handgun, one Smith & Wesson .38 caliber handgun, 45 grams of crack cocaine, 88 grams of marijuana, and numerous other items of drug paraphernalia used for drug manufacturing and distribution. Police also seized $3,126.00 and a 2009 Dodge Charger. Police arrested the following people:
– Offit Russ (d.o.b. 12-07-1966) was charged with trafficking cocaine, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, possession of a firearm by convicted felon, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
– Oscar Russ (d.o.b. 6-6-1954) was charged with possession of ammo by convicted felon and possession of marijuana under twenty grams.
Police also conducted a search warrant at 1915 Braman Avenue #9, also in response to citizen complaints about ongoing activity at the home. Police recovered one silver 9mm handgun, five grams of crack cocaine, 19 grams of marijuana, Oxycodone pills and numerous other items of drug paraphernalia used for drug manufacturing and distribution. Seized during the warrant was $1,434.00. Police arrested the following people:
– Eric Riley (d.o.b. 12-26-1980) was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
– Kareen Williams (d.o.b. 05-21-1986) was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell.
– Junior Lafalaise (d.o.b. 04-09-1988) was charged with possession of marijuana under twenty grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
– Dorothy Reagan (d.o.b. 04-22-1991) was charged with possession of marijuana under twenty grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.
