Tuna corn bread casserole

Ingredients:

1 (6-1/2 oz) can tuna

1/2 c. bread crumbs

2 Tbsp. chopped onion

3 eggs, beaten

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1-1/4 c. milk

2 Tbsp. melted butter

1-1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal

How to:

Drain and mash the tuna and place in a bowl.

Add the bread crumbs, onion, two eggs an soup and mix well.

Spoon into a greased casserole.

Mix the milk, remaining egg and butter in a bowl.

Add the cornmeal and blend until smooth.

Spoon over the tuna mixture and bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes or until brown.

Serves 4
