Suspects sought in Circle K robbery

Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help in locating two suspects involved in an armed robbery that occurred at the Circle K, located at 3704 Skyline Boulevard, Cape Coral, on Aug. 23, 2009.

At approximately 5:30 a.m., two males entered the store, one pointing a firearm at the clerk behind the counter. Both males then scaled the counter and demanded the cash drawer from the register. The suspects then fled the store southbound on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash. No one was hurt during the incident.

Both suspects are described as black males, dressed in all black and wearing black masks.

Please see the video clip attached to this release. Cape Coral Police Detectives hope someone from the public might recognize the suspect’s clothing or accessories.

Anyone with information about this violent crime is asked to call the Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477). All callers will remain anonymous and will be eligible for up to $1,000 in cash rewards.
