1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp olive oil

1/4 C sliced onion

2 cloves garlic minced

1/2 C Worcestershire sauce

3 Tbsp honey

1 Tbsp dijon mustard

How to:

1. Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper

3. Remove and keep warm.

4. In the same skillet, saute onion until tender

5. Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer

6. Add the Worcester-shire sauce, honey and mustard to the skillet, stirring to loosen browned bits from the pan.
