Mark your calendars Thursday, June 19, from 6-9 p.m., CW Fudge on Matlacha will host the MangoMania Tropical Fruit Festival kick-off party.
"There will be six different mango fudge flavors for tasting," William Tidball, co-owner of CW Fudge, said. "The Mango Queen, Valarie Hedman, will also be there and we will also have some educational information about mangos."
The Greater Pine Island Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and staff welcome members and residents to be part of the kick-off party for MangoMania 2014. Come and celebrate the summer solstice with CW Fudge Factory. Share in the ceremony of the throwing of the mangos with the queen and this year's volunteers can stop by and pick up their MangoMania volunteer shirts.
