Lillian Bradley, 75, of St. James City, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Thursday, April 24, 2014. Formerly of Worcester, Mass., she had resided here for the past 20 years. She was a librarian in Worcester and Pine Island for over 40 years. She was very active in the community. She loved books, her family, and her cats. She will be missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her son, Steven (Karen) Legere; her daughter, Tina (Fred) Legere; her two grandchildren, Briana and Matthew; her brother, Melvin Dawes, and sister, Marion Peters; her goddaughter, Nancy Dawes and several nieces and nephews.

Services were held Monday, April 28, at St. Katharine's Church in celebration of her life. Memorial contributions may be made to: Friends of the Pine Island Library 10700 Russell Rd. Bokeelia, FL 33922.
