The Knights of Columbus presented a check to Principal Rob Mazolli at Pine Island Elementary School Thursday morning.

"This money comes from our Tootsie Roll drive," Ron Marra said. "The Knights of Columbus raise money with this program to assist people with intellectual disabilities. That's where this money goes. I'd like to present this check for $1185 to the Pine Island Elementary School. I'd also like to thank Super K and Winn Dixie who have supported us for many years standing out front raising money."

"Thank you so much," Principal Rob Mazolli said. "We really appreciate all of the support this island gives to Pine Island Elementary every year. You guys have been so generous to us over the years and we really do appreciate it."
