Little Lilly's Island Deli has been serving Pine Islanders soups, salads, sandwiches, subs and wraps for 6 years now.
Originally from Pennsylvania, Robin Lilly moved to Pine Island 10 years ago.
"I was living in Colorado when I thought, 'I'd like to live some place warm,'" Lilly said. "I started at Fort Myers Beach and then a friend suggested checking out Pine Island back in 2004. I bought my house just a few months before Hurricane Charlie hit the island. We had lots of damage but I got to know my neighbors really well everyone was super wonderful."

"I worked in the food industry my whole life, Lilly continued. "I used to go to this deli when it was Scooter's Island Deli and when he was ready to sell I was ready to buy. It worked out well."
Matt Romejko, Lilly's brother, was trained to make the wide variety of soups served daily.
"My brother Mike has been a great addition to the deli," she said."He had some big shoes to fill and he's just been a great part of the success of Little Lilly's."
The breakfast menu includes everything from bagels and lox, to eggs and egg sandwiches. The lunch menu is an array of sandwiches with a "Soup of the Day" an island favorite is crab and corn chowder made with Pine Island crab.
