On Friday, Steve Rabinette of Total Payroll Management announced the contest winners for the upcoming Hookers fishing tournament.
"This year we wanted to do something different," Rabinette said. "We decided to have a contest here at the elementary school where the 5th grade students would create artwork for the shirts that would be worn at the Hookers annual Fishing Tournament and Derby. We had a lot of great entries and these three are the winning students. Now we'll have the art put on the children's shirts in time for the derby."
The prizes were presented by Matlacha Hookers Arlene Stornello and Theresa Kramer.
