Pine Island Elementary School came to life Friday evening as kids flooded the grounds to participate in the 4th annual Springfest.
Principal Rob Mazzoli said the school holds the Springfest every year to give back to the community. He said they host the event, which includes bounce houses, slides, lazer tag and many other activities, to provide a fun event for the kids and community.
"It's a good community event," Mazzoli said, while looking around and noticing that some of the kids who are now middle school students attended as well.
