Clam linguine

By Capt. DICK MAY - Catch 'em & Cook 'em , Pine Island Eagle

Ingredients

3 Tbs. olive oil

1 stick butter

2 crushed cloves garlic

1 tsp. oregano

2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley

Dash of Tabasco

Black pepper

1 can minced clams or chopped fresh clams

How to:

1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet.

2. Add all the other ingredients to the skillet and heat through.

3. Toss with prepared linguine noodles.

4. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
