Harlee is one of the Grand Old Ladies at Helping Paws. She is 14 years old and looks like a senior cat, as she has the rheumy eyes and somewhat scrawny appearance of an older cat. However, Harlee is an absolute sweetheart of a cat. She loves to be held and brushed and just loved.
It is tough on an older cat like Harlee to be at a shelter. She just wants a quiet place to hang out but is surrounded by somewhat rambunctious younger cats and is occasionally picked on. Harlee really, really, deserves a quiet home to live out her remaining years. She might be the ideal companion for a home bound person or someone who just needs a wonderful, gentle kitty to love.
