To the editor:
It occurs to me that there is a perfectly reasonable solution to the complaint about the Winn-Dixie cats. I'm talking about those sweet kitties who greet us when we go grocery shopping or to the drug store or liquor store. Relocate the "part-time resident" somewhere where he/she can get a life. Or, if he/she intends to return to our island, make sure his/her ear is clipped so we know who he/she is.
