Shrimp saute

3 tbsp. butter

2 lb. shrimp - shelled and deveined

1 cup sliced mushrooms

3 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

1 cup dry white wine

1 cup heavy cream

Garlic toast

How to:

In a heavy skillet over medium heat, melt butter until it sizzles. Add shrimp and saute until opaque. Stir in mushrooms and saute for 1 minute. Remove shrimp and mushrooms from skillet and transfer to a platter, sprinkle with parsley and keep wars. Add wine and simmer, stirring constantly, until volume is reduced by half. Stir in the heavy cream and cook and stir for 3 minutes. Drizzle sauce over shrimp and serve with garlic toast.
