Shrimp & bacon deviled eggsJuly 20, 2011Ingredients: * 12 Hard cooked eggs - peeled * 3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise * 1 Tbsp. dijon mustard * 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper * 1/8 tsp. salt * 1 cup chopped cooked shrimp * 1/3 cup cooked and crumbled bacon * 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives How to: Cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. Process yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, salt in a food processor until smooth. stir in shrimp, bacon and chives. Spoon into egg white halves. Cover and chill for 4 hours. Makes 12 servings.
