Hot crab meat casserole

By Capt. DICK MAY, Catch 'em and Cook 'em

1/2 lb. flaked, cooked crab meat

2 (3 oz) pkgs. cream cheese

2 tsp. horseradish

3 Tbsp. heavy cream

1/2 sm. onion, chopped

1/4 tsp. cayenne

2 English muffins, split

How to:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

In a food processor, blend all ingredients, except the English muffins, until smooth.

Spoon the blended mixture into a one-quart casserole dish and bake for 15 minutes.

Serve on toasted English muffins.

Serves 4
